| 先日録画した"パーフェクトブルー"を観終わったので今日は早く寝るか、とニュースチェック(Web上)したら「え？」と感じた内容を見つけた。 賠償命令：71歳女性骨折 1週間前衝突のねんざが原因 http://www.mainichi-msn.co.jp/shakai/wadai/news/20061121k0000m040104000c.html 件の女性は、薬局の従業員と接触して捻挫、その通院の為タクシーを呼び、娘から危ないから待つようにと言われたにも関わらず、松葉杖で歩行→転倒し骨折。 原因を辿れば薬局側に問題があるのかもしれないが、娘の注意を聞いてれば骨折しなかったかもしれない。こんな事で訴えられ、賠償金を支払う事になるとはたまったものじゃない。というか、いいのだろうか？こんな判決で・・・ |
