| "重"量制 |
| 従量制、サービスにおける課金方式の一つ。ふと、この従量制を公共交通機関等の利用料に適用してみたら？と考えてしまった。従量ではなく重量として・・・ 交通機関において重量は燃費を初めとするコストに影響が出る。車体等の重量は勿論、利用客や荷物によっても燃費は僅かとはいえ変わってくる。特に飛行機においては重要だ。 現在の利用料金を平均値とし、その人の年齢における平均体重付近であれば、今迄と利用料金は同じ。平均を上回れば上回る程料金追加、反対に下回れば割引。例えば電車の7人掛けのシート。体格の良い人には失礼かもしれないが、どうみても2名分では？と思われるケースがある。2名分スペースを必要とするなら2名分の料金を！ 勿論、障害によるものなら除外。 単純に考えれば、利用客の人数が一定ならば、利用客の総重量が少なくなれば燃費は良くなる。これはエコに繋がらないだろうか？ 重量制といっても場合によっては上限を設ける必要が出てくるだろう。特に車体等が小さい乗り物においては極端に重い人が乗ると特定方向に傾き、運行に支障が発生する可能性が出てくる。この様に重量で制限を設け、更に特定条件下では乗車拒否を行う事でエコだけでなく事故発生を防ぐ効果も期待出来る。 必要以上に体重を減らすのは身体に悪影響があるが、肥満はその人自信に悪影響を及ぼす。内臓脂肪を燃焼させ、健康な身体になる。健康の為でもあるけれど、それがエコに繋がるとしたら？ さぁ、メタボリックな人は余分な脂肪を(ry |
