| 相変わらず無くならない交通事故。0にする事は無理であったとしても、事後処理が長く、死亡事故で加害者不在だと真実を曲げたりされるケースも少なからずあるだろう。 そこで"ドライブレコーダー"。航空機におけるフライトレコーダーのような機器でドライブレコーダーは車載型画像記録装置というらしい。事故前後の映像を記録し、事故の真実がわかり、不正を無くす。記録＝証拠なのだから。 さて、RV車に後ろから追突し、その勢いで海に落ちRV車に乗車してた幼児3人死亡する、という非常に痛ましい事故があり、福岡地裁で裁判があった。 http://www.jiji.com/jc/c?g=soc_30&k=2007053101091 http://www.kobe-np.co.jp/kyodonews/news/0000360958.shtml 何と申しましょうか。もうね、突っ込み所満載で、危険運転致死傷罪を何とか業務上過失致死罪等に、と刑を緩くしようというのがみえるのですが・・・ まず、飲酒運転であったという事。ハイ、論外ですね。"飲んだら乗るな"、簡単な事なのに守ることが出来ない。飲酒運転は危険な行為なのだから、例え本人にその気が無くても無条件で危険運転致死傷罪を適用すれば良いと常々感じる私はヤバイ？ 事故を起こした後の救護義務を怠り知人に水を持ってこさせるという飲酒運転という事実を隠そうとする加害者。 脇見運転＝前方不注意なのに、何故前方の車が"急ブレーキをかけた"のがわかるのか。加害者はエスパーですか？ 脇見運転→前を見たら目の前に車→急ブレーキ、って流れになるだろう。 RV車が急ブレーキをかけた→回避出来ず？ ハァ？ 「仮に急ブレーキをかけなかったとしても被害者の車は遅い速度で進んでおり、衝突を回避しようとしたが間に合わなかった」らしいが、この様な事態を想定し、十分な車間距離をとるのでは？ RV車が急ブレーキをかけたと言うならそれを証明する必要があるけれど、それは無理だろう。恐らく事実ではないのだから。 「事故後は２次衝突を防ぐためにハザードランプを点灯させて停車した」で"思考力は正常"と説明している。ええっと、 思考力が正常なら、飲酒運転はせず、 速度超過もせず、脇見運転もせず、十分な車間距離を保つ と思うんですが・・・ これらの自動車を運転する際に必要な事すら出来て無い。あ、"心身虚弱"等で冷静な判断が出来なかったとか、責任能力は無いってのは駄目ですよ？ 100km/hではなく85〜90km/hで走行してた？ う〜ん、事故は高速道路で起こったのでしたっけ？ それとも私が知らない間に一般道の法定速度上限が上がったの？ 色々もめてるようだけれど、飲酒運転で死亡事故を起こした、これは変えられない事実。速度がどうとか、思考力が正常とかは関係無い。 加害者よ、自ら犯した罪は潔く償え！ もし、ドライブレコーダー搭載が義務化になっていれば・・・ 事故は防げなかったかもしれないが、この様な耳を疑うような言い訳を聞かないで済むのは確かだろう。 |
