| 最寄のドコモショップへ突撃、予約手続き第一陣の中に入るも、10:00過ぎサーバダウン、以降手続き進まず、12:10店長？から「本日の予約手続きは全国のドコモショップ共通で中止」等のアナウンス...orz 公式告知では、5日の予約は10:00からドコモショップと15:00からエヴァストア、となってたのに、量販店で予約受付が行われ・・・ 枠が異なるとはいえ、色々と問題が発生しそうだ。 どうしても入手したい！とは思ってなかったのに、この状態では欲しくなってきたじゃないかー！(苦笑) 目の前で 「すみません！ 完売しました！」 の方がすっきり、しかも「10万弱の出費が無くなった」と考る事が出来たのになぁ。 19:00前にドコモショップの店長から 「現時点でも予約手続きが行えない状態」 「状況は他の店舗も同じです」 「手続き可能となったら他の店舗は知りませんが、うちでは仮予約受付票の整理番号順に処理します」 等の説明連絡があった。 量販店での予約受付が5日から開始されたのは知らなかったようです。量販店が売り上げのため勝手に判断して予約受付開始しちゃったのか、それとも・・・ なお、ドコモショップの対応は非常に丁寧で頑張っていた。店舗によって異なるだろうけれど、私が行った店舗では、 ・小雨→傘の無い人にビニール傘配布 ・09:00から整理券付き仮予約用紙(予約手続きの際必要な情報を予め記載する用紙) ・09:50に開店、番号順にカウンターへ案内 ・手続き開始時間前にお客さんの名前等を事前に入力、本番に備えていた ・12カウンター全てを今回の予約手続き用として使用(10カウンターだったかも？) ・10:00になってから必要事項入力開始ではなく、決定を押す手前で待機(多分・・・) ・定期的に責任者がお客に一人一人状況を説明してまわった ・11:00、12:10に店長から状況説明 ・F5アタック実施(マテ) 当然だろ？と言われればそうかもしれないけれど。 |
