| マイナーな作家さんの書籍やCD等、Amazon.comを利用する事が多々あるのだが・・・今回...orz 配送方法は"お急ぎ便"、注文したのは4月9日、発送予定日は4月10日。 "今からxx時xx分迄に注文すると4月10日にお届け"という内容を確認してから注文確定。 と、今迄とほぼ同じ時間帯(日が変わる前後位)に手続きしたのだが、どうやら稀なケースに遭遇したらしい。 まず、4月10日に届かなった。これは内容確認ミスが考えられるので除外したとしても、4月10日に発送されていない(本文章作成中に日が変わったので確実)。 今迄と同じなら届く日の昼頃に発送済みメールが届いたのだが、今回は無し。注文方法ミスったか？と考え、今迄注文した状況を確認するも問題はなさそう。 カスタマーサービスに連絡したところ、 システムの不具合(正確な内容は教えてくれなかった)で配送手続きが遅れてる 今迄にこの様なケースは報告されていない との事。 今後も同様の不具合が発生する可能性が考えられるが、 今後この様な事がないよう注意します としか回答が得らなかった・・・orz さて、これからまた連絡せねばなるまい・・・ |
